Our CEO Elizabeth Miller has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She co-founded ConsumerLink in order to make positive changes for our healthcare clients. Miller was very aware of how unhappy providers were with their medical billing companies. She also knew the only way to help providers collect more money earlier in the process was to focus on patient education. Patients need to understand their medical bills. They also need options for paying their medical bills. Miller’s extensive knowledge of the problems in the healthcare industry allowed our team to create processes to overcome them. In addition, our COO Rick Congo Jr. co-founded this company with one central focus – to provide high quality work while giving personal attention to both providers and patients. Like Miller, he also knew that patient education, outreach, and support was the key to success in the healthcare industry.

With Miller and Congo’s leadership, patient outreach and education became vital to all we do at ConsumerLink. We know that the medical billing process is complex, so we educate our staff about every aspect of it. Each member of our team and call center staff is HIPAA certified, educated in medical billing, and trained to meet the needs of each client. Our call center representatives have constant contact with every patient. All incoming calls are answered by a live customer service representative. These experienced team members are also able to educate patients about their statements. However, our patient outreach doesn’t stop there.
